You will receive your order within 2-5 days after the dispatch and in case of a weekend or public holiday, it might get delayed and reach you in 5-7 days, depending on the destination

We provide convenient returns in case of wrong product delivery or damages products. Simply drop in a mail or query at info@warrantyEx.in and we will provide you the required assistance. The returns at http://warrantyex.in are not viable in case of incorrect color choice. Refer to our returns policy to know more.
In case of the product you ordered being unavailable, our team will get in touch with you to provide you assistance.
The return duration of the time is 7 days, i.e. a customer can return the product within 7 days of receiving the product , provided the intonation is given inform us atinfo@warrantyEx.in within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.
You can initiate a return request by simply dropping us a mail at info@warrantyEx.in with the order details. We review the request and after approval, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges, upto Rs. 100, will be borne by us. After receipt of the product we initiate the replacement or refund as requested b you. It will take us 2-3 weeks from the time the request is raised to give you a replacement/refund. Contact us in case of any discrepancy.
The merchandise to be picked up must not be tampered/altered or used. The products must contain their original price tags in their original condition with all the labels and the invoice. Put your order number on the pick up box. We will either arrange for a pick up or will ask you to ship the product for which we will bear the shipping charges up to Rs. 100/-. Write the return id on your package for convenience as well as the address. Also, kindly retain your courier receipt.
We will notify you within 48 hours of the receipt of the product via email along with the tracking details. In case, your courier ships the product, we will confirm the receipt by email.
Replacement/refund is initiated with 15 days of receipt of the product at our center. In case of refunds it will take us 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account or for a replacement to reach you. This process might get delayed if the product we receive does not fit our requirements.
In case of unavailability of the product you request, we will initiate a refund of the same.
